Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year!

Ok- Lets get right to the tea!  Every  year many women vow to start the new year off right on a health and fitness regiment!!!  Don't act like I'm the only one thats done it or have gone to the gym on 1 Jan to only wait two hours to get on a treadmill because its packed with ladies vowing to bring sexy back!!!

So because I secretly made the same new years resolution (LOL)  I'm going to share five 2015 fitness trends to look out for and possibly participate in one of these activities.  :-)

1.  Boutique fitness which will offer a more personal and luxurious approach to workouts.  Ex- indoor rowing and underwater cycling.

2. Fitness boot camps that focus on cardio, strength, and endurance.

3.  Telemetry!  Ex- high tech pulse monitors and wearable devices.

4.  Dance parties that allow you to have fun with a DJ and get your heart rate up at the same time.

5.  Group personal training of three to four with one certified individual!  ( actually cost effective)

Getting in shape is important, especially if you want to get summer time fine in the hot new summer trends!!

Stay tuned for our next blog on some Spring/Summer trends for 2015!!!!!!!!

Kris Jenner Speaks on Fashion

Style is Confidence!

Many people I assume would know the answer to this question right off the back!  Some would more than likely look at their designer heels and give me the side eye -- letting me know that "Red Bottoms" speak for themselves and that their designer brands are all they need to be fashionable!
Well, I'm glad to say that style is more than just designer brands,  sky high heels,  or  what you throw together.   Style is about your confidence!  Your confidence to test the waters and reveal your personality through prints, textures, and designs.  Does your style scream confidence?  Does your style scream I'm ME?  Think about your personal style not just what's on the rack at the time in the department store or what you saw an A-lister wearing....... create and define your own look then ask yourself.... What does my STYLE say about me? :-)
